1 General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between db444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). db444 is an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market.

These Terms apply to all games, bonuses, payment methods, promotional offers and all other services on the platform. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also form part of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers at db444 have their own terms and conditions which will be stated on the applicable terms page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).
• To withdraw a bonus after receiving it, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Bonuses are offered for personal entertainment purposes only, not for professional advantage.
• db444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without notice.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings made with the bonus will also be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All games offered on db444 are conducted fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules which can be found in the game window or on the relevant page.

• The result of each round is determined in real time and cannot be changed once settled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, db444 reserves the right to declare that round void.
• If a dispute arises over a game result, our server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• db444 is not liable for disconnection from the internet; however, our system assists in restoring the connection.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and is governed by automatic rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db444 platform:

• Using software bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence to play games.

If any of these activities are proven, the account will be immediately closed, the balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken where necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

db444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with account verification.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request (responsible gaming feature).

9 Limitation of Liability

db444 accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to the user's internet connection or device issues.

• If the service is disrupted by a natural disaster or other force majeure event.

10 Responsible Gaming
